TITLE: "Lula the Great Horned Owl"
Lula the Great Horned Owl is a stealthy hunter and lover of stalking mice by the moonlight. She is a quiet observer, and loves her warm nest of fur, pine needles, and twigs.
Hand made illustration with black in on a warm beige background that compliments most interiors.
This print was made using my original hand-made pen and ink drawing of a little owl hatchling named Sigmund. Sigmund loves to eat worms and insects that his mother brings him, and loves to nap during rainy afternoons. He will soon be stretching his wings and flying on his own. Background color is a warm, elegant beige that compliments most interiors.

About the artist:
Annie works as a full-time artist and illustrator. She grew up on her family's ranch in Montana, and currently works out of her studio in Billings, Montana. Her work has been featured in television shows, books, and in magazines such as Better Homes & Gardens. She has worked with Crate & Barrel, Target, and several large-scale projects across the United States. Her work is greatly influenced by Scandinavian design, vintage textiles, and the natural landscape she grew up in.
