I love simple flowers, but I decided these need just at little bit of something extra, so I drew in some blue plaid details over the white flowers. I love simple shapes and delicate patterns mixed together. It creates a more charming and elegant design. These two flowers grow out of the same stem, blooming together, but slightly differently. To me, thats' what have a best friend is like. Someone who grows alongside you, and blooms not the same as you, but just a little different. And you admire that in each other. I hope you like them!

About the artist:
Annie works as a full-time artist and illustrator. She grew up on her family's ranch in Montana, and currently works out of her studio in Billings, Montana. Her work has been featured in television shows, books, and in magazines such as Better Homes & Gardens. She has worked with Crate & Barrel, Target, and several large-scale projects across the United States. Her work is greatly influenced by Scandinavian design, vintage textiles, and the natural landscape she grew up in.
